Brief Answer:
Try antifungal powder...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The symptom you described is quite broad and honestly I am unable to point a condition that explains this odor. I have had a few patients with similar complaints where there were no other signs of an organic medical problem. I had tried treating them with antifungal powder instead of normal body powder / antiperspirant. All most all had good success with it. Therefore I would suggest you to try antifungal dusting powder especially when you need to drive a long distance.

You would also benefit by practicing good personal hygeine and using cotton underwear which has good sweat absorbing properties.

If things don't get better, perhaps I will ask you to visit a dermatologist and find out if I have missed any.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarification.

Regards
