Question : I have sinus pressure and when blowing my nose the nasal discharge has an odor. Is this a symptom of an infection?

The bad odour is a sign of bacterial infection.
Please tell me for how long are you having these symptoms and what medicines have u been taking so far so that I can suggest you better.
Get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done to see the condition of sinuses.

Thank you. The only medication I have taken is an over the counter sinus decongestant (Acetaminophen / Phenylephrine). I have had the symptoms for a week.

Continue with the medicine. Alongside this take tablet cefixime 200 twice daily and xylomet azoline nasal spray twice daily for a week.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done.
