Brief Answer:
Sinus infection possible

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

this might be caused by bacterial sinusitis. The therapy would usually be inhaling with steam, nasal douche and adstringend nose drops/ nose spray. In some cases when this doesn't improve antibiotics can be indicated. Also i would usually rule out any polyps or otehr conditions that might add to it throungh ENT Examination.

Hope this is helping you, best regards

Brief Answer:
Nose spray: xylometazolin or similar

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

Decongestant nasal spray containing xylometazoline or similar may be started for few days (not more than 5 days). If symptoms don't improve in those 5 days, you should talk to an ENT for other prescription drugs.

Best regards
