What Causes Foul Smell In Genital Area?

Question: when i have sex with a woman unprotected, these is a fishy smell when i ejaculate in her; however, these is not a smell when i masterbate. I do not have any other discharges in my underwear or burning sensations when i urinate .

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed fishy smelling of your semen when having unprotected sex with woman.

1) Are you in a monogamous relationship or having sex with multiple female partners ?

Fishy smell of semen when having unprotected sex and not while masturbating may be mostly due to fact that your female partner may have vaginal infection resulting into abnormal reaction between alkaline semen and vaginal secretions.
