If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Steam Inhalation, Saline nasal drop, Macrolide group of antibiotics & Neosporin ointment.

You also need Diagnostic nasal endoscopy which is going to be done by your ENT specialist to know the cause for smell & extend of disease.

Azithromycin , Neosporin Ointment , saline drop.

Hi,

Thanks for follow up query.

You can use Macrolide group of antibiotics like azithromycin & locally active Neosporin ointment, which are going to be prescribed by your doctor. To remove infected mucous from nose you will also need Steam Inhalation & Saline nasal drop or spray. In case of excess mucous you can use Antihistaminic like levocetirizine.
