Question : My 23 mo old just started daycare. On she has had runny yellow odorous stools one to two times a day. No other symptoms except for passing gas.

The most important thing is her comfort. If she is otherwise comfortable, feeding reasonably well, and without fever, there is nothing to worry about. In all likelihood, the stool will resolve on it's own.
