Question : I think I have internal hemorriods, I have now got pain by the tail bone in the lower back and there was a white/ clear discharge with my Bm. I have a smell coming from me andI found there was a hard long lump in my rectum, is that normal...whats going on with me.

Smell and white discharge is more characteristic for some infection of this area than for hemorrhoids. Long lump can be the hemorrhoid however it can be also due to HPV infection. Especially if you have had any anal intercourse.

I suggest you to consult proctologist and have it diagnosed property. It can be hemorrhoid, however HPV infection should be ruled out.
