Question : I have foul smelling stool, constant diarrhea, fatigue, bloody feces and severe bloating
I also have anal leakage constantly

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. There are a number of causes of foul smelling bloody diarrhea. It includes:

> Ulcerative colitis
> Chrons Disease
> Shigella Dysentery
> Celiac Disease

Bloating could be because of maldigestion. Due to very loose stool you are unable to control on the leak from anal canal. I would suggest you to visit hospital for detailed workup(including stool C/S with examination) to rule out the cause and for i/v treatment as your condition seems to be severe. Meanwhile take a lot of fluids including water & juice. Diarrhea causes severe dehydration which further deteriorates the condition.
