Brief Answer:
Foul stools unrelated to exposure

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

The cause of foul smelling stools is unrelated to your unprotected sexual intercourse.
The color and smell of stool depends on type of food consumed . In the absence of increased frequency of passing stools and absence of blood the Etiology is unlikely to be infective.

I would suggest you the following

1 Stool Examination from Laboratory : Stool microscopy and reducing substance

2. Ensure good intake of water

3. Avoid food stuff which cause excessive fermentation

4. High fiber diet

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
