What Causes Freaking Out On Minor Issues And Loss Of Concentration?
Question: I often freak out over minor situations. Walking across a room with people in it, in college I repeatedly dropped classes that required participation in class. I knew the information but would start sweating, shaking, and had an feel of crying I could not fuction. Now as a professional this affects me even more meeting with clients to discuss mundane things

What signs point to ADHD? I have never had any doctor consider this, I have no reason to ever consider it.

It is a very common problem ( around 8-10% of population), very often missed so not a bad idea to screen through the questionaire. It is often present in family and easily treatable.
Second option could be social anxiety disorder but never to forget, Anxiety disorder is a co morbid condition with ADHD in 40% of cases so a proper evaluation is needed.
