Question : Hi,

My wife is having itchiness on her legs and arms. This happens almost on daily basis and frequently throughout the day. It is non stop. She has not used any medicines. The marks you will see on the pictures are left because of scratching. Can you please have a look at attached pictures and advise appropriate medicines/cream to stop the scratching.

Hello,

Perhaps she has extreme dryness of the skin of her legs/arms i.e Xerosis. I suggest her to use an intensive moisturizer e.g Cetaphil DAM cream, twice daily.
In addition, I suggest her to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab once every evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
