Brief Answer:
better control of anticoagulant activity

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

there is no way to get rid of bruising completely. The best you can do is to control the anticoagulant activity as good as possible. This is not always possible with the newer drugs but with coumadin anticoagulants it is. Keeping the INR within the required limits will decrease the frequency of untoward effects.

Please note that the skin and the subcutaneous tissue becomes more fragile with aging. Certain drugs may make things worse, like corticosteroids. Since you're taking anticoagulants you should be very careful for any kind of injury.
Strengthening the skin is not possible unless the skin is diseased (dermatitis for example) and can be treated.

I hope you find my comments helfpul!

Kind Regards!
