What Causes Frequent Body Pain And Spondylitis?

Question: When i consulted for an eye infection i was told it is due to auto immune disorders and in the blood test my esr value is 54 mm/hr. I have frequent body pain, spondylytis and also irritable bowelsyndrome for many years. Also in a recent health check up mycteactive protein value also was 7. What thsrsresult indicate and what should i do next. I am 47 years old. Pl advise
