Brief Answer:
Give plenty of fluids and watch for signs of dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Most common cause of fever with loose stool is some viral infection.
The main aim of management is to prevent dehydration by giving plenty of fluids.
Sporolac is a probiotic and helps in early recovery
I would suggest you to give plenty of fluids (ORS) with sporolac and watch for signs of dehydration like decreased urinary output.Avoid using milk, fruit juice or carbonated drinks.
I wont get overly worried if she is accepting feeds well .
It may take 3-5 days for the stool pattern to get normal.
If you notice decreased oral acceptance or decrease urine output consult your pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
If you have any more query I shall be glad to solve it out.
Regards
