Question : yes I have for the past two years always seemed to go to the bathroom a lot for a bowl movement. I can just have tea and it goes right thru me?? sometimes I go so much, I bleed?

It is good that you are having good food habits by avoiding spices and increased use of vegetable salads.
The medical treatment I would advice is use of antibiotics and antiparasitic drugs to treat common infections of gastrointestinal tract.
