Brief Answer:
rule out bowel diseases like inflammatory bowel disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for writing to Health care Magic.

The symptoms mentioned by you of irregular and sometimes excessive bowel movements requires evaluation to rule out bowel diseases like inflammatory bowel disease, parasitic infections, hemorrhoids...

It is good that you are having good food habits by avoiding spices and increased use of vegetable salads.
The medical treatment I would advice is use of antibiotics and antiparasitic drugs to treat common infections of gastrointestinal tract.
If even after this the symptoms persist then I advice you to consult gastrologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope the information provided is helpful to you.
