Brief Answer:
Need to increase soluble fiber in diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Windy discharges and diarrhea maybe due to altered bowel bacteria and reduced fiber diet.
2. Prostatic carcinoma treatment should not cause these symptoms. Possibly a recent antibiotics treatment could have altered bowel bacteria resulting in increased gas production from new bacteria.
3. Probiotics for 2-3 weeks, yoghurt and soluble fiber diet from fruits and vegetables will reduce gas production and also increased motility.
4. This should help, unless you are allergic to certain diet. Watch, if any diet causes more gas production. If identified, avoid it.

Continue all other treatment as advised.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
