Question : Hello Doctor, Greetings..

I am facing issue with stool. If I eat food outside, most of the times make me go to the toilet for 10+ times. A year back it is used to go like water but now it reduced when I started eating the more fiber food. But still, the problem is that I cant eat outside. Could you please suggest anything.?
