Brief Answer:
Drug modifications are required in your case

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir,

I can certainly understand your concern.

You basically seem to have drug overload.

At this point it's important to stop Ispaghula and Rifagut.

Razo, Rablet and Deltone belong to same class of drugs and I advise you to continue with Razo(for gastric ulcer) and stop the other two.

Norfloxacin can be stopped after 5 days of use.

To minimize the stool frequency, I generally prescribe oral pills of LOMOTIL one pill daily for 3 days.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Maintain adequate hydration for 3 to 5 days by drinking 2-3 liters of water a day.

Continue with this regimen for 1 week and keep me updated.

Further management if any is largely based on your clinical response.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
