Brief Answer:
Need: several bowel movements with blood on wiping

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Need to see a Doctor is determined by many factors.
First of all the reason itself is very obvious- the several bowel movements. This is sufficient indication to get yourself clinically checked for vitals and get the proper treatment.
Blood on wiping can be due to excoriation or small fissure or small hemorrhoid which has go abraded. This is just to confirm the diagnosis.

It is better to see a Doctor, timely treatment save lots of further complications.
