Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Can you tell me more information behind this question, please?

Dehydration can be caused by many reasons. Some of them include diarrhea, vomiting, fever, diuretic medications (water pills) such as Lasix, uncontrolled diabetes, kidney disease, and just not drinking enough water. Even high altitudes can do it.

Any time there is more water loss than water intake, dehydration can occur.

I hope this information helps. If you provide further history and medication list, I might be able to help more specifically.
