Question : I frequently become dizzy when I stand up. Also, my left ear frequently is clogged like what happens when flying. Any idea what is causing the dizziness upon standing?

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that ear play an important role in maintaing the upright body posture and also helps in balancing.

If there is any sort of infection inside the ear dizziness can happen. So i would like to suggest you to take the medicine which your doctor has prescribed.

Also the other reason for this can be postural hypotension. To confirm whether this is the underlying cause to it or not you have to get your blood pressure checked while sitting and then of sudden stand up position. This need to be done by a health professional.

I hope this information will be helpful and will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
