Brief Answer:
Need examinations for detecting arrhythmias

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

From your description it seems like you have arrhythmias.
The passing out can be caused by your arrhythmia; during fast heart rate there is a reduction of blood flow to brain which can cause such symptoms.
For detecting the exact cause you will need ECG, echocardiography, holter monitoring, which is a test, when 24 hour ECG is registered. Also some blood tests are needed such as thyroid tests and electrolytes.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
