Question: I recently had unprotected oral sex a week ago. The sex worker only briefly put my penis in her mouth (I immediately told her NOT to). However, here it is a week later and I have anxiety and a constant urge to urinate. And it seems that the tip of my penis always feels some pressure or discomfort. It seems to soon to be tested, but I'm a wreck worrying about it.

I have gone through your query.Your condition can be due to urethritis from a bacterial infection or STD. As you currently have discomfort on penis tip a swab should be taken and urine routine and culture should be done also.In case of infection antibiotics should be started.I usually give Ceftriaxone and azithromycin in case of doubt about gonorrhea and chlamydia .You should be tested for STDs to be on safe side even though there is less chance of getting one compare to normal sex.

You have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for bacterial STDs tests like gonorrhea and chlamydia.

To get other tests like HIV and Herpes done, you have to wait longer.

You can approach a psychologist for counseling to address your anxiety and manage this properly.
