Thanks for posting the query

The head aches increasing in winter is due to sinus blocks. If no symptoms like fever and running nose is seen, steam inhalation alone will give you a relief. For pain you can take Hifenac P when ever u experience the pain. If still the symptoms persists then i suggest you to consult the ENT specialist.
