Brief Answer: Hi,vascular headache. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. In my opinion, it looks like vascular headache. But I need more information to comment on your query. If a patient with your complaints comes to my clinic I would ask the following questions: 1. what is the frequency of headache, how long does it stay? 2. is it associated with blurring of vision, double vision, nausea, vomiting? 3. is it associated with running nose, sneezing, heaviness in head? 4 is it associated with giddiness, tinnitus? Please answer the questions and provide more details about your symptoms so that I am better able to help you. Thanks.

Brief Answer: vascular headache, yoga, meditation. Detailed Answer: Hi, Then it more so looks like migraine headache/ vascular headache. Here stress can be a cause. Similarly premenstrual period is a predisposition. If I were your treating doctor I would start you on Sibelium (flunarizine) with beta blockers for 3 weeks. It minimizes pain and reduces the frequency of headache. Vasograin tablets can be used during emergency. Avoid tea or coffee. Have good 8 hours of sleep with regular feeds. Do yoga / gym/meditation to calm down your mind. Regards

Brief Answer: hi, no MRI. Detailed Answer: Hi, if it is impossible to stop tea then continue it. I dont think you need to get MRI done as I dont suspect anything major at this age. If you r headache still persists even after treatment , then consult a neurologist and get yourself clinically examined. And if he feels the need for MRI or any other investigation then you can get it done. Thanks.
