Question : I have frequent indigestion and upset stomach for a weeks kindly suggest

Hi XXXXXXX welcome to HCM,
Frequent indigestion may be most probably due to something you ate a week back. And upset stomach is also due to that.
Please take a preparation of Omeprazole and a digestive enzyme twice a day before meals. You can take loperamide if there are loose motions.
Also keep your diet bland for a few days
Please continue for a week. But if symptoms do not improve, do see your doctor for an antibiotic course, since it may be infective.
