Question : I have frequent tenderness in the soft tissue of my feet. It comes and goes, and in different places. Yesterday it was on the outside of an ankle. Today it is on a heel.
The joint is not affected. There is now a constant ache on my heel, and the soft tissue beneath the skin is extremely painful to a soft touch.
