Brief Answer:
get examined & investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There are several possible physical conditions – some disorders of the Kidney / Hormones – Diabetes Insipidus (vasopressin - ADH), Diabetes Mellitus (insulin) /
There is even a Psychiatric state called Psychogenic Polydipsia
You need examination
One also needs investigations – urine osmolality / kidney function / hormones assay /blood sugar etc.
The treating alone could conclude better, based on the total clinical picture on his assessment.

Good luck
God bless you
