What Causes Frequent Urge To Defecate, Weight Loss, Dehydration And Abdominal Cramps?

Question: Hi,my name's XXXXXXX and I'm twenty.
My question is that I've got the problem of' frequent urge of defecating' each and every time especially when I eat or drink something.
It's really annoying since i don't think there is proper absorption of my food!

The signs include high weight loss,dehydration,abdominal cramps,bloating,general body weakness, mental weakness, and stomach gases and sounds disturbance.

I've taken different types of medicines for parasites especially antibiotics for curing amoebiasis and other intestinal worms medicines hoping to end the issue but they didn't work in fact i yesterday i finished metromendizol[ flagyl] .

I'll be happy if you can rather help me to dig it out.

In such conditions, the causative factor for all the symptoms are the types of food or drink you consume which can result in symptoms such as:

+Abdominal bloating
+Abdominal discomfort
+Abdominal pain or cramps
+Increased urge to pass your bowels (Especially after consumption of a trigger factor)
+Pain or discomfort more often seen on the sides of the abdomen (rib region)
+Change in consistency of the stool (small sized, diarrhoea, etc.)
+Mucus in stools
and a few others.

Let me list some of the trigger factors, for your reference so that you can better understand what you could be eating that is causing this:

+Caffeine (in drink or food)
+Popcorn
+Milk and other dairy products (especially if lactose intolerant)
+Gluten and all products that contain it
+Chocolate
+Alcohol
+Certain vegetables (e.g. cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.)
+Stress
+Fatty food
+Oily food
+Fried food
+Spicy food
+Carbonated drinks
+Food or drinks containing taurine
and many others.

The key in my opinion is to recognise your trigger factors and avoid them. So the day you have your symptoms, try to observe what you ate and avoid it for the next time. I understand this is a long process, but this is the key. I can provide you with a few medications to help treat the symptoms, but do understand that the symptoms shall be present as long as the stimulus is present.

the type of food I seems to consume most time probably always are

Rice and posho [maize powder ] sometime irrish potatoes and matokes [green eatable bananas] because that's our normal food diet.

I also usually like to have stress and increased heart beat as you mentioned it above.this rapidly increase the need for defecation,too.

I've got a zero stomach!

Yes, stress plays a very important role. Being a sufferer of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) myself, I have lived a very controlled life, with a strict diet and tried my best to avoid episodes of IBS. But when stress comes into play, I really cannot do anything but try to relax and hope my symptoms subside.

As you mentioned stress to be a major factor, I would encourage you to meet a specialist, who will also recommend you to a psychiatrist who will help with dealing with stress.
