Brief Answer:
possible urinary infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Urge to urinate is one of the signs of urinary tract infection and this is not uncommon even in young males. But also it may be sign of something insignificant such as certain fluid intake, warm weather, after sport or after certain medications. If there is no burning pain during urination or fever then you don't need to be worried. Otherwise,or if symptoms persist, you should do urine analysis, urinoculture and urotract ultrasound. Wish you good health. Regards.

Thank you for your response. Could it be from sex as well?

Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
Yes but I don't think this is std .it may occur due to penis irritation or urinary infection which is more common after sex. But std would manifest with penis discharge and skin changes.
