Question : I am a 48 year old female. For the past few days, I have had to urinate frequently and I feel pressure in my vagina. I took a test for a UTI and it came back negative. I also used an over the counter yeast infection medicine. I am in the early stages of pre menopause and I have frequent and sharp pains in both my right and left hips. Thank you for your help

Feeling pressure in vagina and frequency can be due to weak perineal muscles that can cause a mild prolapse of bladder. Proper examination by a gynecologist or colposcopy can help in diagnosis. Doing pelvic floor exercises like Kegel exercises can help.
Sharp pain in the hips can be related to poor posture or low levels of calcium or vitamin D3. Starting with proper supplements after a blood test will help.
