Question : I have two Issues , have seen a Board certified Urologist for the last 5-6 years, I am 69 years old ( ALL the tests prescribed by the Urologist came out normal, that is voiding etc. Do take 8 mg of Rapaflo based on Urologist's recommendation, does help a bit need to get 1-2 times at night vs., 3-4 without medication.
Issue 1 : Frequency of urination, every 1-2 hours. takes long time to empty bladder 1-2 minutes. not a continuous flow , dribbles have to exercise certain muscles for urine to come out.
Issue 2: Surprisingly, especially at night, I produce urine even if I do not drink any fluids, in between discharge and have to empty every 2 hours or less.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have obstructed voiding symptoms probably due to Enlarged Prostate or Bladder Outlet Obstruction.

1) Are you diabetic?
2) What is the the size of the prostate reported on Ultrasound Scanning and what is the volume of post void urine residue ?
3) Do you have urgency along with the other urinary symptoms?
4) Is it possible to upload report of investigations that have been carried out very recently?
