Question: My BP is normal (130/80) Normal lipid profile , Sugar is normal (98 on fasting and 106 pp) rbs is 130 after 3.5 hours of food
iam on medication for bit high heart rate ( Claptin 40 mg (1-0-1) , Rozavil f5 (1/2 tab) for cholesterol)

Due to panic anxiety disorder iam on medication with the following tab also:

paxidep CR 12.5 1-0-1 ,duloxtien (40mg )(1-0-1) dothitab -25 mg (0-0-1) for panic anxiety disorder from last 5 months

After taking paxidep i have frequent urination problem and dry mouth ,feeling thirsty frequently which i have informed the doctor . Doctor told me that it is the side effect of the tablet

My thread mill is negative over several times ,echo is normal with mild materl valve pro-ledge no cardiac problem as told by doctor.
Abdomen scanning was normal which i took before six month( Nov 2016)

Problem:
From couple of months i am having pain on lower back and exactly lower abdomen ( Right side)
Some times i feel same type of pain on left side

Yesterday when i test blood urea and serum creatine it was 14 and 1.63 respectively . My RBS sugar was 128 after 3 .5 hours of food .
When i consulted the doctor he said the other parameter of the body like bp(126/80) are okay so he advised me to go for urine analysis and FBS and repeat of serum creatine once again from accredated lab .
He also told me depending on the result he will advice me for altar sound scanning

My question is if serum creatine is 1.6 means is it kedney failure ? does this requires dialysis,? or tablet ?
I do yoga , started few months ago . Is this reason for increase in the value of creatine ? or what are the reason for this iam worried bit please answer my query

I had abdomen scanning report which i got it done before 6 months ,which was normal . Is there any chance with in six months this type of changes ?

Brief Answer:
You are alright dont worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello Vasanth

After carefully going through all the details provided by you first of all i want to assure you that your cardiac function is alright you need not worry for that. Now i will try to answer your doubts point by point.

1. S. creatinine of 1.6 DO NOT means kidney failure. its just a slight increase in the levels which can also happen due to less water intake. Your doctor advice is right to get it done from an accredited lab.

2. No dialysis is required or any other medicines.

3. Yoga DO NOT cause a increase in creatinine.

Its just your anxiety that is troubling you. My advise to you is to think in a positive way as you are all good you are not sick. Think in that way and you will feel better. And you need not repeat any more tests.

I hope this information will be helpful. Feel free to ask if you have any queries.
I wish you good health

Kind Regards

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your early response before i close this discussion a couple of query .

with reference to the above subject i have repeated the test and also done the abdomen scanning .Please find here with the attached reports.

The scanning report shows Keydney function is normal and Serum creatine repetition tests shows 1.2 from accredited lab.

But the scanning report impression is FATTY INFILTRATION OF LIVER. Iam not alcoholic, even i don't take soft drinks also. so what is this ?any remedy for this ?

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
Mild fatty infiltration of the liver is common in our XXXXXXX scenario due to our dietary habits, you need to avoid fried food and junk food for that.

Fasting sugar levels are slightly high so i would like to suggest you to go for HBA1c test to confirm diabetes status.

You can take megaza for another 3 months.

Hope to be helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr XXXXXXX partap
