Brief Answer: Urinary tract infection Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query The most common reason behind frequent urination and tingling in the genitalia is a urinary tract infection. Here is what I suggest 1. Drink plenty of water, atleast 8 glasses a day 2. Cranberry juice is known to reduce the symptoms of UTI 3. Get a urine routine test to check for pus cells in urine, if it is positive please get a urine culture done 4. Tab Leovoflox 500 is the antibiotic usually started for UTI, you will have to take it for 7 days 5.
