Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome
I appreciate your concern
In case of frequent urination, urine routine examination, urine culture, blood sugar and ultrasound abdomen pelvis can be advised. Urinary tract infection, stones or other anatomical abnormality should be looked for.
Fluid replacement through isotonic fluids should be done if there is dehydration.
Mucous in throat can be due to post nasal drip. If there is associated fever. CBC, ESR/CRP and chest x ray can be done if the clinical examination is evident. Antihistamines, decongestants can be advised initially. Antibiotics can be given if infective cause is suspected.
