Brief Answer:
Suggest to see a doctor for tests...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If your daughter is active and feeding well inbetween fever spikes, then you need not be seriously worried. However since she has increased urine frequency along with fever, we need to rule out urinary tract infection. I suggest that you visit her pediatrician who will examine her and order urine routine/microscopy +/- culture sensitivity tests. Antibiotic therapy might be needed based on test results.

Until you see the doctor, start / continue paracetamol in the dose of 15mg/kg body weight thrice a day. Encourage her to drink plenty of fluids. Make sure her personal hygiene is clean.

Hope this answer helps you.

Regards
