Hello. It would help to have more information but here are the causes of frequent urination--

Benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate gland)
Prostate infection (prostatitis)
Untreated diabetes
A hyperactive bladder

You need blood work, a urinalysis, a digital prostate exam, and perhaps cystomanometry to determine the exact cause.
