Question : My wife has been throwing up and shitting every 20minutes for the last 7 hours. What should I do? How long will this last. She is at the end of her rope!

Hi

I am sorry for the situation that your wife is in.
You are reporting to have loos bowel motions. At this situation I would suggest run to ER. Your wife may be dehydrated. It may be related with GI infection.

I would suggest to take water or gatorade/ORS after every vomiting and diarhea. Imodium can be tried for diarhea but is better for moderate diarheas only. I would also advise a medicine for vomiting like gravol, ondansetron etc.
