Question : front knee pain, the front of the knee starts a little burning sensation, when walking and resting , then when resting the pain gets really bad, like a bad tooth ace

Cartilage protecting medication like chondritin sulphate will help.
knee exercise and physiotherapy should be started.
Another possibility of lumbar canal stenosisleleading to burning pain on rest also.
