Question: front knee pain, the front of the knee starts a little burning sensation, when walking and resting , then when resting the pain gets really bad, like a bad tooth ace

There is probably age related patello-femoral osteoarthritis .
You can send your x ray report when it comes.
Cartilage protecting medication like chondritin sulphate will help.
knee exercise and physiotherapy should be started.
Another possibility of lumbar canal stenosisleleading to burning pain on rest also.
do you have history of smoking. ?
