What Causes Frozen Shoulders, Pain In The Hands Along With Light Dizziness?

Question: I have been having swollen hands, getting much worse as I sleep and gets somewhat better during the day. I also have pain in my hands when I try to move them at night due to the swelling. I have had frozen shoulder in both shoulders in the past year but it has gotten better. I notice that the swelling is worse if my arms are bent or I am sleeping on my side. I have also been experiencing light dizziness at times, sometimes a dizzy spell lasting just a few seconds and other times just general dizziness if I move my had back or to the side.

The swelling is in both hands and joints are swollen as well but no other swelling in other body parts. My hands stay swollen for most of the day but gets better at times to almost normal - the swelling is worse while in bed depending on where my arms are situated. Some light tingling especially in the morning when the swelling is going down. My fingers are hard to bend when I wake up in the night or in the morning. I do have full use of hands during the day - I type a lot for my job and can still type at a regular pace. Rubbing my fingers relieves this pain and stiffness somewhat. No history of diabetes or other diseases but could this be related to my frozen shoulder which has actually gotten better over the past 6 months? I typically have really low blood pressure but could this be related to a heart condition or something similar? I feel like I am not getting enough oxygen/circulation to my hands. Thank you for your help!

* Seems more likely to be arthritis related .
Recovering frozen shoulder or heart conditions do not match with the narration

* Primary guidelines for better outcome

- Immersing both hands in lukewarm water 10 minutes each 3 times a day.
- Gentle exercises of all joints of the fingers 15 minutes a day.
- Tab. ibuprofen ( 400 mg ) 3 times a day after meals preferably with antacids
if no history of drug sensitivity.
- It'd be beneficial keeping your blood sugar, body weight under control.

* Dizziness seems to be non-specific or deficiency of some nutrients.

- Consume balanced nutritious diet.
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
