What Causes Full Body Muscle Contractions When Relaxed?

Question: having full body muscle contractions (jerk like) only lasting for a second mostly noticed when I relax at night. but friends have noticed my head jerk or muscles tighten for only a second sometimes I notice it but it quickly passes short term memory impaired no other symptoms

my daughter was tested for seizure with a blinking light I was in the room it had no effect on ether of us so I kinda ruled that out -was I wrong to do so ? I don't take any drugs as I am tested at work

Blinking light test for seizures is only for photo sensitivity type of seizures.
There are many types like this.
You just have to report to your doctor as what is happening to you, he will decide on what all tests to go for.

I don't have insurance. Is there any other way to be sure this is what's going on? And dose this cause memory problems ?
