Brief Answer:
Fibroids recurrence likely, advised Hysterectomy

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

There are 17 possibilities of this fullness and pressure in pelvic area. As you have a history of uterine fibroids and it might be the recurrence and causing this fullness and pressure situation.

Your age is 52 mentioned and i believe this age does not require family any further so going through a hysterectomy would be a fine job. But let your gynecologist be the judge of that. Right now i want you to go to your doctor nearby and let them have a look at you and have some work up like sonogram to see what is going on down there. You can use some antispasmodics and painkillers meanwhile fore the relief.

Here are 17 possibilities list a person can have any of them with the same fullness and pressure in pelvis area.
