Question : I had an ERCP and cholecystectomy two years ago but continue to have symptoms of gallstones pain between shoulder blades excessive wind intermittent low grade temperature tender right upper abdomen and right central abdomen

ERCP and cholecystectomy do not guarantee that stones wont recur. Please note that you have a kind of ability of stones creation. It can be associated with diet for example.
Your symptoms are characteristic for stones in bile ducts (if the stool is light and the urine is dark bile ducts obstruction is possible). Acute pancreatitis can also give similar symptoms.
As there is a risk of an inflammation, please do not wait with it. Consult your doctor, have an abdominal ultrasound, blood work and liver tests done.

The exact reason of gallstones is unknown. However it is thought that obesity, fatty diet, hormonal problems, pregnancy or hormones intake can stimulate gallstones creation.
