Question : Hi. I'm Having a lot of probems with gas,bloating, cramping, and not sure what I'm doing to cause it. Or what can ease it. Can you suggest to me what causes gas, and if its more serious, what it might be symptom of? I suspect I may have IBS.

Since how long have you been having these complaints?How frequently do you experience each of them?
Do you have constipation or increased frequency of bowels?If yes, how frequent?
Do you have painful belching?
Do you experience sour taste (because of acid reflux from the stomach)?
Where exactly do you get stomach cramps?Are they associated with urge to pass bowels?
