Question : Several minutes ago I ask a question regarding taking milk of magnesia yesterday, had several bowl movements from it, now I have gas in my lower bowl and can't pass it.

Hello,
Welcome back.
You have passed all your fecal matter and there is probably nothing left.
But you still have a feeling of distension for sometime till the intestines regain their normalcy.
If it persists long and you have increasing distention, nausea or pain, please see a doctor to exclude a subacute intestinal obstruction.
