Question : Gastric pressure just under diaphragm---simular to bloated stomach. Also feeling of "Charlie Horse" between shoulder blades which occasionally moves toward my throat area. No other symptoms associated with heart attack. Symptoms have continued about 36 hours

I would suggest you get in touch with your doctor or get to an ER as soon as possible. The symptoms you have described could well be atypical symptoms of a heart attack.
I would advice you to seek medical help as soon as possible, as we need to rule out a heart condition causing these symptoms
