Brief Answer:
Endoscopy may be required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your reports in detail.

Fatty liver will resolve in the due course of time with dietary and alcohol restriction if any.

The gastric issues in your case require further evaluation through an upper GIT endoscopy to rule out Peptic ulcer disease if any.

For a regular stool, I advise you to take 2 tsps of Lactifiber powder in 200 ml of water at bedtime daily for 2 weeks.

Further management if any is based on the test results of endoscopy.

Consultation with an expert Gastroenterologist will help.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Dear Doctor

Thanks for the detailed reply. I will try to get the endoscopy done if the problem persists. I have some queries.

1. I have been regularly having Razo D & Ursocol 300 from 6 months. Will this have some side effects?

2. I am a strict non-drinker and non-vegetarian. What all should I restrict from my diet? I take fish - fried as well as curry (several times a week), Chicken (once a week) & beef (once or twice a month)

3. My weight is around 102kg and height is around 175cm. Can U Please suggest a suitable diet for weight loss? Daily exercise I do is a walk in the morning 3KM in 25mits.

Thanks & Regards

Brief Answer:
Cut down fried and fatty food stuff

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I can certainly understand your concerns.

The side effects for RAZO D and URSOCOL are relatively minimal and the drugs are well tolerated.

You should restrict all fried and fatty food stuff from your diet. Also you need to cut down on coffee and tea.

Reduce the amount pf non vegetarian food stuff as well.

Its important to reduce weight in your case to around 70-80 kgs.

You need to consume plant foods more.

Take oatmeal for twice a day.

Drink 3 litres of water a day.

Take chapati for dinner.

Include fruits like apple and green leafy vegetables in your diet daily.

Make sure to drink lemon juice daily on empty stomach.

Make sure not to exceed the total calorie intake to more than 2400 kcal /day in the initial 2 months.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
