Brief Answer:
You should be admitted and examined further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

I think you should be admitted in order to have further evaluation and testing about your condition.

Gliosis is formed by a nonspecific reaction of glial ( supportive brain cells ) to nerves damage.

The conditions that may cause gliosis are several, that range from impaired blood supply of brain to post craniotomy changes.

Frontal lobe seizures is a possible condition that may explain a part of your symptoms such vision and smelling problems, mood changes and limbs movement.

I assume that you had brain MRI done, since you refer about gliosis of frontal lobe.

EEG and video EEG is needed to evaluate further this condition.

Peripheral neuropathy also should be evaluated further with blood tests about vitamin B group levels, thyroid and kidneys function tests, nerve conduction study, heavy metals blood levels.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Take care.

Thank you. How should I approach the VA doctor about this? They are famous for prescribing more medications and leaving it at that.
