I have read your query and understand your concern.
Urinary casts are of various sizes shapes and colours and these are microscopic cylindrical structures produced in kidney.
These casts are found in urine in certain kidney diseases but casts like hyaline casts can be found normally in people suffering from dehydration or after exercise or in people taking water pills.
If there is no associated kidney disease in you,then simply forget about them.
Their presence of hyaline casts in urine is irrelevant if there is no sign or symptom of any associated kidney disease.
