If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply melitane 1 percent gel on the affected areas of the beard twice daily and take tablet calcium pantothenate 200 mg once daily for 6 months.
This should help in repigmentation of hair.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
